Professional History

Letty Howard, Sales Manager

Letty joined Woodland staff with 15 years of experience in the cemetery and funeral professions. To date she has held positions of selling, training, managing, and owning companies in the death care industry. She has helped thousands of families during their time of need with empathy and compassionate guidance; she has successfully provided those who are planning ahead with sincere advice and utmost integrity. Letty feels that by planning ahead you are leaving a legacy to your loved ones that no monetary amount is equal too. She sees Woodland Cemetery as a picturesque historical resting place for your loved ones and a beautiful landmark for the community. She takes her role as a service provider to the community very seriously and with professional enthusiasm.

Monica Angelucci

Letty Howard, Sales Manager

Monica attended Eastern Kentucky University, has several years experience in the death care industry prior to joining the staff at Woodland. She has chosen to be in this profession because of her desire to help people. She states “This is the one thing we are all going to face and I allow you the opportunity to meet with a caring professional that understands the emotional and financial upset that a family faces when a death has occurred.”  She has helped thousands of families make their final arrangements during their time of need and also in pre-planning. She believes in Woodlands pre-planning program and offers appointment times that are convenient for you and your family.

Helen Miniard-Caldwell

Helen is a life long resident of Dayton with a background in Business Management. She has worked within the industry for several years in the Dayton, Centerville, Xenia and Hamilton communities. She has multiple certifications as a Family Service Representative. Helen is a retiree of the Standard Register Company. Helen attended Jefferson Township High School and Sinclair Community College and has served as a past volunteer for "Barney's Children's Hospital," "Adventures for Wish Kids" and "The Dayton Art Institute."

 

Anita Cunningham

Anita was born and raised in Dayton. She has 2 children Doug and Sara and 3 precious grandchildren Brooke, Jared and Carlin whom she loves more than life itself. Anita and her family were in the restaurant business since the early 70's. She knows the importance of customer service. She takes great pride in helping families pre-plan their cemetery arrangements and to give them the Peace of Mind they deserve. Anita has been in the industry only a few short months. She is looking forward to a very successful career at Woodland.

 

Harold Wyant

Harold Wyant is a 25 year Daytonian originally from Cleveland Ohio. After graduation from Wayne High School and Sinclair College he became a member of the Channel 7 WHIO news team serving Dayton for almost 3 years. His next step was becoming the Director of Sales and Marketing for Oberer's Flowers of Dayton. After several years he decided on a change, and that change was to help families. This brought his talents to Woodland Cemetery. He is married to his longtime girlfriend Rebecca and they are excited to start a family of their own. They currently reside in Huber Heights. "Helping people professionally has always been a goal of mine, it's great to be part of a team like Woodland. The staff is excellent and the operations are top notch."
